A property with more potential than its appearance suggested. The original home had an undersized entry porch, mature vegetation that obscured the façade, an aging exterior, and a layout that offered opportunities for both functional and visual improvement.
The rehabilitation went beyond cosmetic improvements. The existing interior was opened to evaluate how the home functioned and where the layout could be improved. Walls and openings were reconfigured—including removal of the former doorway visible here—to create a more functional relationship between the kitchen and adjoining living spaces.
